Crypto casino rakeback compared, in dollars per $1,000 wagered

Every offer in this niche is quoted in a different unit, which is not an accident. Here they are converted to the same one. Checked 14 September 2026.

The short version. We return more than Gamdom and Rainbet for anyone below Gamdom's Platinum tier. Above it, Gamdom's top tiers beat us and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

The comparison

All figures are what lands back with the player per $1,000 wagered on a 4% edge slot, where the house expects to win $40.

Where we lose

If you are wagering enough to sit at Gamdom Platinum or above, which means $250,000 of lifetime turnover, Gamdom returns between 11.5% and 20% of the house edge and we top out at 14.75% during launch and 11% after it. At the upper end of their range they pay roughly twice what we do. If that is you, the honest answer is that Gamdom's VIP ladder is the better deal and no amount of framing changes it.

What we would say is that the Gamdom rate is a tier you have to reach and keep, and that their 2026 changes moved rates down rather than up. Ours is a published share that does not depend on your volume.

Where we win, and why

Everywhere below that. The reason is not that Stake is generous. Stake's own rakeback of 3.5% of the house edge is the lowest number on this page. The difference is that the affiliate commission, which on most codes is kept entirely by the affiliate, is shared back here: 90% of it during launch, 55% after, 60% with both free boosts.

That is why the comparison that matters is not Stake against Gamdom. It is this code against every other Stake code, where the same 3.5% rakeback is all you get and the commission goes in someone's pocket.

How to compare any offer yourself

Convert everything into a share of the house edge, or into dollars back per $1,000 wagered. Two rules make that easy.

An offer quoted as a percentage of your wagering is either a mistake or a trick, because no casino returns 10% of turnover. An offer quoted as a percentage of your losses depends on you losing and cannot be compared to one that pays win or lose. An offer quoted as a percentage of the house edge or of the affiliate commission is the only kind you can line up directly.

Stake publishes its commission formula: house edge as a decimal, multiplied by wagered, divided by two, multiplied by the commission rate. On a 25% rate that works out at 12.5% of the house edge, which is the pot a code can share from.

Gamdom 2026 tier rates (7% Bronze and Silver, 8.5% Gold, 11.5% to 20% Platinum and above, all as a share of house margin): public 2026 breakdown of Gamdom's VIP changes. Rainbet: stated publicly on X on 14 September 2026 by an affiliate promoting that code, as "per 1000$ it will be 4$". Casinos change these terms without notice and their own pages are the source of truth.

We are an affiliate of Stake and earn commission when someone signs up under our code, which is the money this site shares back. That is a conflict of interest and it is why the figures above are shown with their sources and their arithmetic rather than as claims. Our editorial approach explains how we handle it.

Questions people ask

Which crypto casino gives the most back per $1,000 wagered?

It depends on your volume. Below Gamdom's Platinum tier, Stake under code COINSANDBETS with Rakeback Paid cashback returns more: $4.15 per $1,000 at our standard rate against $2.80 at Gamdom Bronze or Silver. At Gamdom's Platinum tiers, which need $250,000 of lifetime wagering, Gamdom can return up to $8.00 and we do not match that.

Why is Stake's own rakeback so low?

Stake returns 3.5% of the house edge, which is $1.40 per $1,000 on a 4% slot. That is genuinely low next to Gamdom's 7% to 20%. The difference on this site comes from the affiliate commission being shared back, not from Stake being generous.

How do you compare rakeback offers fairly?

Convert everything to a percentage of the house edge, or to dollars back per $1,000 wagered. Offers quoted as a percentage of wagering, of deposits, or of losses are not comparable to each other and are usually quoted that way on purpose.

Are these figures verified?

Stake's commission formula and rakeback rate are published by Stake. Gamdom's tiers come from a public 2026 breakdown. The Rainbet figure was given publicly on X by an affiliate promoting that code. Sources are listed at the foot of the comparison.

Two rewards, one code

Sign up to Stake with code COINSANDBETS and you get Stake's 3.5% rakeback from your first bet (confirmed by Stake in writing, 12 September 2026). In plain terms: Stake gives you back a slice of what the house expects to win on every bet, win or lose. On a typical slot that is about $1.40 back for every $1,000 you wager, credited to your account as you play. Then Rakeback Paid tips you 90% of everything Stake pays us on your play until Saturday 26 September, then 55% for good, every Friday: about $4.50 more per $1,000 on slots during launch, $2.75 after. Roughly $59 back per $10,000 between the two right now. Receipts go on the public payouts page.
